WE PLAY WITH A PURPOSE 

Metro Boston Sports Group is home to the official NFL Flag Football organization in the Metro  Boston area, and is headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts.  We offer recreational and competitive flag football for boys and girls aged between 5 - 17 from all cities and towns in the Greater Boston region. Games are held on the weekends, and practices are typically right before the game each week.

OUR GOALS

The mission of the MBSG in all our locations, and for NFL Flag more broadly, is for everyone to play and develop. Teams are typically small with between 7-10 players, which gives every player a chance to be an important part of the team.

Our focus is on making sure everyone is having fun while learning the basics of the game, teamwork and important lessons in sportsmanship.

TEAMWORK 

Players are organized into teams based upon grade and age groups, cities, schools, and number of seasons played. 

SWAG

Each regular season player will receive an official NFL FLAG jersey and flag football belt, trophies for finalists & at least 7 weeks of flag football games. 

COMMITMENT

Each team will normally hold one practice per week or more if the team agrees on it; practices are typically right before the game each week.
