Getting started with GameManager is easy and FREE on the App Store and the Play Store! League Admins can make leagues free OR paid to spectators ($1.99/month) and enjoy revenue sharing of 30% as long as their account is active. Creating an account only takes a minute and after you create your GameManager account, just email or text our staff so we can assign you as a League Admin for your league. This step is *required* only once, and only for League Admins. Spectators can just create an account, join your league, and follow their teams. Coaches and refs need to create an account, join your league, and be assigned by League Admins for their roles.

Step 1 - NFL Flag matrix users: Login to your matrix account after you have built your schedule there and then navigate to 'Leagues' -> 'Team Builder' -> 'Schedule and scores' button. Once there, just click the 'Export' button and save that Excel file someplace convenient, like your desktop, because you will need to upload it to GameManager. Sample screenshot below.
Step 1 - All other users: Grab the Excel template here or with button below. Use the template to create your schedule. NOTE: Column A is not actually a 'time' field in Excel just a general text cell, so make sure it isn't autoformatted as a 'time' column by Excel. Once ready, save your Excel schedule file someplace convenient, like your desktop, because you will need to upload it to GameManager. Customizable template at button below.
Step 2 - All users: Upload your Excel schedule file to your iCloud or Google 'Drive' files not to your photos. If you are unable to figure out how to do this, you can just email your schedule to us and we can upload it for you and connect it to your league season :)
Step 3 - All users: Open Game Manager on your phone. Once you are assigned as an admin on GameManager, you will need to select 'Edit' to add the schedule to your league. Then, click 'Parse Excel Schedule' and point to the schedule that you uploaded to your iCloud or Google files - the same schedule that you created in matrix or with the template. Once you have tapped on that Excel schedule file, just scroll down as necessary and then tap the 'Update Schedule' button. Sequence of sample screenshots follow below.

Congrats! Your schedule should now appear in GameManager :) You can view all your games in one birds eye view as they happen but please note that the schedule will show up in reverse chronological order until it is game day. Just click on 'All Teams' or simply 'Follow' just your league teams for a simplified view. If your schedule doesn't show up, just email or text us :) Probably column A in your Excel schedule file is not properly formatted.
